Refund Policy

K-Flow Therapy

At K-Flow Therapy, we aim to provide professional, fair, and transparent services.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not apply, in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Treatment Services

Once a treatment session has been provided, the service is considered completed.

  • Fees for treatment sessions that have been delivered are non-refundable.

  • This applies regardless of individual response to treatment, including post-treatment soreness, discomfort, or symptom changes.

Temporary post-treatment discomfort is a known and normal response for some clients and is addressed in our Treatment Consent & Disclaimer Policy.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Fees

Cancellation and no-show fees are governed by our Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

  • The $50 cancellation or no-show fee is non-refundable.

  • Cancellation fees are charged to compensate for reserved appointment time and lost availability.

3. Deposits & Prepayments

  • K-Flow Therapy does not require deposits or prepayment for appointments.

  • As a result, refunds relating to deposits or advance payments do not apply.

4. Packages & Multiple Sessions

  • K-Flow Therapy does not currently offer prepaid packages or multi-session bundles.

  • If such services are introduced in the future, refund terms will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase and will comply with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Gift Vouchers

  • K-Flow Therapy does not currently sell gift vouchers.

  • If gift vouchers are offered in the future, expiry dates and refund conditions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and will comply with applicable laws.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

If a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not delivered as described, clients may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
