I am the founder and lead soft tissue therapist at K-Flow Therapy in Werribee focused on evidence-based, results-driven care.

I am a fully qualified remedial massage therapist with advanced dry needling training and a Level 1 sports trainer background. My clinical approach is grounded in assessment-led treatment, clear clinical reasoning, and an understanding that pain, stiffness, and reduced performance rarely come from a single muscle or structure.

My background as a motorbike racer, competitive road cyclist, and former chef gave me first-hand experience with overload, repetitive strain, injury, and long recovery cycles. Those experiences strongly shaped how I view pain and rehabilitation, not as something to simply “release,” but as a signal that movement capacity, tissue tolerance, or neuromuscular control needs to be addressed.

I trained under respected myotherapist Ian Selvarajoo at Good Health Group Clinic and fascia-focused therapist Blake Reyment at Nexus Bodywork Clinic. Through this mentorship, I developed a clinical style that prioritises palpation skill, anatomical accuracy, and appropriate tissue input, using techniques such as dry needling, myofascial release, cupping, and manual therapy to reduce sensitivity and restore movement, rather than chasing pain aggressively.

At K-Flow Therapy, I work with clients ranging from everyday desk workers to athletes across football, cycling, running, and gym-based training. Each session begins with assessment and movement observation, followed by targeted soft tissue treatment and, where appropriate, simple corrective exercise guidance to support long-term change.

My focus is not just short-term symptom relief, but improving how the body moves, loads, and recovers over time. I aim to help clients better understand their own bodies, reduce recurring flare-ups, and return to training or daily life with confidence.

My vision for K-Flow Therapy is to create a trusted clinical space where clients experience measurable improvement through professional care, education, and ongoing support, redefining what people expect from remedial massage and sports therapy in Werribee and beyond.
