Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. While we work with many athletes and active individuals, you do not need to be an athlete to visit K-Flow Therapy.

We treat a wide range of clients, including:

People with everyday aches and pains

Office workers with neck, shoulder, or back discomfort

Clients recovering from injury or surgery

Those wanting better movement, less stiffness, or general body care

Clients seeking stress relief or wellbeing-focused treatment

Our clinical approach simply means we assess how your body moves and responds, not that you need to train or play sport.

If something is bothering your body, you’re in the right place.

  • At K-Flow Therapy, we focus on assessment-led, results-driven care, not generic massage sessions.

Every treatment is tailored to how your body presents on the day and is guided by clinical reasoning, current research, and hands-on experience. We take the time to explain what we’re doing and why, so you understand your body and your recovery process.

Our approach combines professional expertise with clear communication and respect for each client’s goals, whether that’s pain relief, improved movement, recovery, or wellbeing.
