Wellness & Personal Care services are designed for clients looking to relax, unwind, and relieve general muscle tension without a clinical or sports-focused approach.

These services are offered as a quieter, non-clinical option alongside our Remedial & Sports Massage treatments and are available on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Wellness Massage

Wellness massage focuses on relaxation, comfort, and easing general muscular tightness.

Pressure is adjusted to your preference, using slow and steady techniques to help reduce tension and promote overall relaxation.
While these sessions are not assessment-based or corrective, areas of tightness and built-up tension can be addressed in a safe and considered manner.

Wellness massage is not eligible for private health fund rebates.

Pricing – Wellness Massage

• 45 minutes – $80

• 60 minutes – $100

• 90 minutes – $150

Experienced Care

Wellness sessions are delivered by an experienced remedial massage therapist.

This background allows tension-based work to be performed with confidence and anatomical understanding, while keeping the session relaxed and non-clinical in nature.
These sessions do not involve formal assessment, treatment planning, or insurance claims.

Personal Care – Waxing

Personal care services such as waxing are available as part of our Wellness & Personal Care offering.

Waxing is provided in a calm and private setting, with a focus on comfort, hygiene, and attention to detail.
This service is offered as an optional personal care option for clients who value consistent and professional treatment.
